AVSAF C – Drivers
Target audience:
The AVSAF Project aims to ensure that all personnel with unaccompanied access to the movement area in an airport have the necessary minimum operational safety knowledge.
The AVSAF_C course accredits the minimum safety knowledge necessary for unaccompanied access to the movement area (excluding the manoeuvring area) of airports to perform tasks. Those tasks include those that involve handling and driving vehicles and/or equipment in this area of the airport.
Obtaining the AVSAF_C course certificate will soon be a basic requirement for requesting or renewing an airport driving license.
The AVSAF_C course includes the training required in the AVSAF_P.

- Module 1 – Operational security
- Module 2 – Airport Set-up
- Module 3 – Working at an airport
- Module 4 – Airport Procedures
- Module 5 – Airport traffic
