This course allows students to acquire all of the airport security field training required for a passenger agent.
What is a Passenger Agent? It is a key element that helps airlines carry out tasks related to transferring passengers by air because it includes fundamental aspects such as:
-baggage check-in,
-excess collection,
-passenger boarding,
-reservations and ticket sales,
-flight arrival and departure services,
-interrupted, delayed or cancelled flights assistance
-accompanying minors,
-Business Class customer service,
-lost luggage service, etc.

- Module 11.2.3.6. Aircraft security record
- Module 11.2.3.7. Aircraft protection
- Module 11.2.3.8. Security requirements for handling people and baggage.
- Module 11.2.3.10. Security requirements for company mail and equipment, in-flight stores and airport supplies (non- inspection).
