- conoscenza degli atti di interferenza illecita già commessi nel passato nell’ambito dell’aviazione civile, degli atti terroristici e dei rischi attuali;
- consapevolezza dei principali obblighi legali;
- conoscenza degli obiettivi e dell’organizzazione della sicurezza aerea, nel proprio ambito lavorativo, compresi gli obblighi e le responsabilità delle persone che effettuano i controlli di sicurezza;
- conoscenza delle procedure di comunicazione;
- capacità di reagire in modo appropriato agli incidenti relativi alla sicurezza.
- Cyber security.
